ADEFA IS NOT A MEDICINE! Instructions for use of a food supplement with biological activity. Main components (in each tablet): Ademetionine (Ademetionine) - 100 mg Alpha-lipoic acid (Alfa-lipoic acid) - 100 mg Choline (Choline) - 100 mg Standardized extract of Spiny Artichoke for 5% Cynarin (Cynara Scolymus standardised extract for 5% Cynarin) - 200 mg Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose (Microcrystalline cellulose) E460; Magnesium stearate (Magnesium stearate) E 572; Silicon dioxide (Sillicone dioxide) E 551.

How to use Adefa and dosage
Adults - 1 tablet is taken orally once a day with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
