Standard Delivery
Orders placed between 09:00 – 14:00 are delivered the same day by 18:00.
Orders placed between 14:00 – 18:00 are delivered the same day by 22:00.
Orders placed between 22:00 – 09:00 are delivered by 14:00 the following day.
The service fee is 3 AZN.
Express Delivery
The price for express delivery within Baku city is 6 AZN.
This service applies only when immediate fulfillment of the order is required.
Express delivery depends on courier availability.
Note: Delivery fees to suburban addresses vary depending on distance.

Guest Order (Without Registration)
Only full name and active mobile number are required.
A verification code is sent via SMS.
All payments are made in Azerbaijani manats (AZN).

Prescription medicines are provided in accordance with Article 13.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Medicinal Products” and the Decision No. 01 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 11, 2018.
Narcotic, psychotropic, and strong-acting medicines are not sold online. These medicines are dispensed only with a special prescription.
