Buyer Agreement
By registering on the website or making a purchase without registration, you are deemed to have entered into the following agreement. Please read all terms carefully before registering or making a purchase.
This Buyer Agreement is concluded between the Branch of “Maymed-Avis MMC” in the Republic of Azerbaijan, holder of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) 1700125511 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), which manages the website www.avismed.az, and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), who registers on the www.avismed.az website or makes a purchase by accepting the terms outlined herein. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the conditions under which the Buyer uses the Services provided by the Seller.
Buyer Agreement – All terms set forth herein related to online purchases.
Buyer – A natural or legal person who orders goods and services listed on the website by making payment through the technical means provided by the Seller and accepts the terms of this Buyer Agreement.
Seller – A legal entity or individual entrepreneur who sells goods on the website and determines the terms of sale and delivery.
Website – The online platform for goods and services available at www.avismed.az.
Products – Goods and services displayed on the Website.
Order – The electronic submission by the Buyer to the Seller of the relevant form available on the Website, indicating the delivery address for the ordered products.
The subject of this Agreement is the purchase of products listed on the Website by the Buyer. These terms apply to all goods and services available for sale at the time.
By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer declares full acceptance of this Buyer Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy, Delivery Terms, and Return/Exchange Policy published on the Website.
Products sold on the Website, along with the terms of sale, constitute a public offer.
The Seller may unilaterally amend the terms of sale without prior notice until the purchase is completed.
A purchase is considered completed once the Buyer has paid for the product by any available method.
The Seller is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of orders resulting from incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the product in the presence of the courier.
After acceptance of the product, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any damages incurred.
Prices for goods on the Website are indicated in Azerbaijani manats, inclusive of taxes.
The Seller may unilaterally change the prices of products.
The Seller may unilaterally apply discounts to its products.
Conditions for the return of goods are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” If the return is not due to the Seller’s fault, the related costs may be deducted from the Buyer.
The Seller is not liable for damages caused to the Buyer as a result of the use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
The use of personal data resulting from the Website is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data.”
All disputes and claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement, including its interpretation, performance, termination, or invalidity, shall initially be resolved in good faith and through amicable negotiations between the parties. If such disputes are not resolved within five (5) business days, they shall be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
