Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

  1. Bank charges related to the return or exchange of products purchased online will be borne by the customer.

  2. For returns or exchanges, payments made in cash will be refunded directly at the location where the product is returned. Payments made online will be refunded to the original account within seven (7) business days.

  3. Products may be returned or exchanged either at the store or at the customer’s address, according to the customer’s preference.

  4. Courier service fees for previously delivered products are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

  5. If the customer requests a return or exchange at their own address, courier service costs shall be borne by the customer.

  6. Products requiring special storage conditions (e.g., temperature- or light-sensitive pharmaceutical products) and medications that can be opened without compromising integrity cannot be returned.
