By using this website/mobile application, the User consents to the transfer of their personal data by the Website Administration to third parties (delivery services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators) for the purpose of fulfilling a legitimate order placed on the www.avismed.az online store.
This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the terms for ensuring the confidentiality of information exchanged between the www.avismed.az website (hereinafter the “Website”) and/or the Avismed mobile application (hereinafter the “Mobile Application”) and the user of the Website and/or Mobile Application (hereinafter the “User”). For the purposes of this Policy, the term “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Website and/or Mobile Application either as a member (duly registered) or as a visitor without registration.
The Privacy Policy of the www.avismed.az website/mobile application has been prepared in compliance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1.1. The User is hereby informed that the data provided by them is protected by us in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and will not be transferred to any third parties, organizations, or authorities without the User’s consent, except in cases established by law (as specified in Article 13 of the Law “On Personal Data”). 2.1. The administration of the Website/Mobile Application uses the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Identifying registered Users, receiving orders, and/or concluding a purchase agreement;
2.1.2. Providing User access to the resources of the Website/Mobile Application;
2.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, inquiries, or providing services (such as processing User requests and orders);

3.1. User obligations:

3.2. Website/Mobile Application Administration obligations:
3.2.1. Use the collected data only for the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Policy;
3.2.2. Maintain confidentiality, not disclose, sell, alter, publish, or distribute the User’s personal data without their written consent;
3.2.3. Take necessary measures, in accordance with applicable rules, to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data;
3.2.4. Block personal data if it is found to be inaccurate, or during verification by authorized authorities, or upon request from the User or their representative.
4.1. The User’s personal data may be processed without time limitation, by any lawful means, including with or without the use of automated systems within personal data information systems.
4.2. The User consents to the transfer of their personal data by the Website Administration to third parties (delivery services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators) for the purpose of fulfilling legitimate orders placed on the www.avismed.az online store.
4.3. The User’s personal data may be disclosed to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan only in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5.1. The Website/Mobile Application Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
5.2. The new Privacy Policy becomes effective upon its posting on the Website/Mobile Application, unless otherwise provided in the updated version.
