Aevit composition
Active ingredients: 1 capsule contains 55 mg (100,000 BV) retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A), 100 mg alpha-tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E). Excipients: corn oil.. Capsule shell: gelatin, glycerol (glycerin), methylparahydroxybenzoate (methylparaben), sorbitol (sorbit), purified water, brown dye HT (E155). Capsule mass: 200 mg.
Note:
In the composition of 1 g of retinyl palmitate substance (vitamin A) (DSM Nutritional Products Ltd, Sisseln plant, Switzerland) there are: - retinyl palmitate – 1.7 million BV; - butylhydroxyanisole – 9 mg; - butylhydroxytoluene – 9 mg. In the composition of 1 g of retinyl palmitate substance (vitamin A) (BASF SE, Germany) there are: - retinyl palmitate 1.7 million BV; - butylhydroxytoluene – 17 mg.
Indications for use:
Combined vitamin A and E deficiency (avitaminosis A, E). As part of complex treatment for disorders of tissue trophism accompanied by skin lesions (psoriasis, certain forms of eczema, ichthyosis, seborrheic dermatitis).
Contraindications:
High sensitivity to the components of the product, hypervitaminosis of A and/or E, children under 18 years of age, pregnancy, lactation period.
Special instructions and precautions:
To prevent the development of hypervitaminosis A and E, it is necessary not to exceed the recommended doses. When using the product, it should be taken into account that the high content of vitamin A in the composition (100,000 BV), as well as the fact that it is not a prophylactic drug, but a therapeutic one. A diet rich in amino acids containing selenium and sulfur reduces the need for vitamin E. Use with caution: thyrotoxicosis, cholecystitis, chronic heart failure; chronic glomerulonephritis, liver cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, renal failure, alcoholism, old age, in the setting of hypoprothrombinemia (vitamin K) the dose of E may increase at doses above 400 BV.
Use during pregnancy and lactation:
The use of the product during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated.
How to use Aevit, dosage
Used only as prescribed by a doctor. Oral use. 1 capsule per day, taken regardless of meals. Treatment duration: 20–40 days. After consulting a doctor, it is possible to repeat the treatment course.
