AFALA composition
Active ingredient: Each tablet contains 0.003*q affinity-purified antibodies against prostate-specific antigen.
Indications for use
Benign hyperplasia of the prostate gland, stages I and II. It is prescribed as part of complex therapy for acute and chronic prostatitis, as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent. Dysuric disorders (including nocturia, difficulty during urination, pain in the perineal area, and/or frequent urination), including those accompanying benign hyperplasia of the prostate gland, stages I and II; acute and chronic prostatitis.
Contraindications
High sensitivity to any component of the product. Since there is insufficient information regarding efficacy and safety in this age group, use in patients under 18 years of age is not recommended.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The Afala product is not intended for use in women.

AFALA dosage and method of use
For oral use. 2 tablets are prescribed per dose (kept in the mouth until fully dissolved, but not during food intake). The product is taken 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening (before and after bedtime). The recommended duration of use is 16 weeks.
In cases of pronounced pain and dysuric disorders, during the first 2–3 weeks of therapy, taking the product is indicated 4 times per day. If necessary, with the doctor’s advice, it is possible to repeat the treatment course after 1–4 months.
