Active ingredient: 1 ml of solution contains 25 mg alpha-lipoic acid. One ampoule contains 300 mg or 600 mg alpha-lipoic acid.

During treatment, it is necessary to avoid driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require high attention and rapid psychomotor reactions. Alfateks does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and operate other potentially dangerous machinery.
Adults with severe forms of diabetic and alcoholic neuropathy should be administered as an intravenous drip infusion once daily in a dose of 300–600 mg. The intravenous infusion should be administered over 50 minutes. It is recommended to use the product for 2–4 weeks. Afterwards, treatment may be continued with oral administration of 300–600 mg alpha-lipoic acid per day.
The minimum duration of treatment with tablets is 3 months. In children aged 0–18 years, the safety and efficacy of the product have not been established. No information is available. Method of use: The product is intended to prepare an infusion solution after it is dissolved in a 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
