Indications for use

1 – It is used for patients with disorders of the digestive system who cannot take food, and for patients with dystrophy and low protein due to inherited immunological function. 2 – It is used for patients with burns and injuries over a large area of the body and with high catabolism; for patients with protein loss and negative nitrogen imbalance. 3 – To improve the diet before and after surgery and to reduce complications and the mortality rate.

Contraindications

The use of the preparation is contraindicated in patients with severe liver failure, severe kidney failure/and in patients with metabolic disorders of amino acids. This preparation is not recommended for use in patients with severe acidosis and heart failure with hyperemia.

Method of use and dosage of the auxiliary preparation

It is used as an infusion via the drip method (flebo enema). For adults, the total daily dose is as follows: administered via infusion, 4 times per day, 250–500 ml each time, at a rate of 40–50 drops per minute. Children, elderly patients, patients with a weak body, and patients with serious illnesses should follow the instructions of the attending physician. To ensure that amino acids can be used sufficiently and that there is protein, as well as to provide the required energy, glucose, and an appropriate amount of electrolytes, vitamins, and trace elements.

ATTENTION 1 – The use of the preparation is prohibited in patients who have had a cerebral coma or are predisposed to it. 2 – The use of the preparation is prohibited in patients with severe renal failure and uremia. 3 – The use of the preparation is prohibited in patients with metabolic disorders of amino acids. 4 – The rate of intravenous administration must be very slow; otherwise nausea, vomiting, fever, and headache may occur; it may also lead to thrombotic phlebitis.

5 – Do not use the preparation if any of the following occurs: cloudiness, loss of the cap, slight cracks in the vials, etc. 6 – Na HSO3 contained in the preparation may sometimes cause allergic reactions.
