AMMONIA composition

Active ingredient: 0.1 g of ammonia is contained in 1 ml of solution.

Indications for use

Fainting, insect stings.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the medicinal product.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Use of the product during pregnancy and lactation is possible only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or child.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate other potentially dangerous machinery

AMMONIA directions for use and dosage

As first aid, to awaken the respiratory center, a small amount of gauze or a cotton piece soaked in Ammonia solution is carefully brought close to the nostrils for 0.5–1 seconds. For insect stings, ammonia solution is used externally in the form of soaking (procedure duration up to 30 seconds). Children: The product is not used in children under 3 years of age.
