ANSİMARâ, 400 mg tablets.

Ansimar composition

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains 400 mg doxofylline. Excipients: anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, hydrated colloidal silicon dioxide, pregelatinized corn starch, lactose monohydrate, povidone K30, microcrystalline cellulose + sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc, magnesium stearate.

Indications for use:
Bronchial asthma, lung diseases accompanied by bronchial spasm.

Contraindications:

High sensitivity to ANSİMARâ or other xanthine derivatives. Acute myocardial infarction, hypotension, lactation period.

Use during pregnancy and lactation:
Since experience in humans during pregnancy is limited, xanthines may be prescribed to a pregnant woman only when there is a specific need, after assessing the risk and benefit. Use during lactation is contraindicated.

How to use Ansimar, dosage

Adults are prescribed 1 tablet (400 mg) for oral use 2–3 times per day. In the recommended dosing regimen, plasma levels of doxofylline generally do not exceed 20 µg/ml; therefore, continuous monitoring of levels is not required. When increasing the dose, it is necessary to check the blood levels of the medicine (therapeutic values are close to 10 µg/ml, toxicity level limits are 20 µg/ml).
