Composition of Darnitsa Pure Aloe Extract

Active ingredient: 1 ml of extract contains 2.25 mg of dry aloe extract (aloes extractum siccum).

Indications for use

Progressive myopia, myopic chorioretinitis, blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, iritis, clouding of the vitreous body, as well as peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum (as part of complex therapy).

Contraindications

High sensitivity to any component of the product; severe cardiovascular diseases; arterial hypertension; acute gastrointestinal disorders (including diarrhea), intestinal obstruction, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis, abdominal pain, hemorrhoids; impaired liver and kidney function; severe forms of nephrozo-nephritis; diffuse glomerulonephritis; cystitis; metrorrhagia; uterine bleeding; cholelithiasis.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation, because the mechanism of action of the product as a biogenic stimulant has not been sufficiently studied.

Use in pediatrics

Used in children over 3 years of age.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate other potentially dangerous machinery

Not studied.

How to use Darnitsa Pure Aloe Extract

In case of sediment, the ampoule should be shaken before opening to obtain a homogeneous suspension. Administered subcutaneously.
Adults: 1 ml (maximum 3–4 ml/day)
Children aged 3–5 years: 0.2–0.3 ml
Children over 5 years: 0.5 ml
Treatment course: 30–50 injections. Repeated courses may be carried out with a break of 2–3 months.
